Chard

Chard is in the same family as spinach and has a similar flavor. Use the stems too!

Will it last?

Store in a plastic bag in the fridge for a week or two.

No time to cook. How do I use this?

1. To prepare chard: Schriiip the leaves from the stems. Chop leaves and stems. 

2. Cook leaves and stems in a pan with oil, salt, and pepper. Serve as a side or in bowl of food.

3. Chop leaves and stems and eat raw in a salad.
