Radishes

Radishes are root vegetables. They are little orbs of slightly spicy deliciousness. They’re usually red, but I also grow beautiful purple radishes that sparkle like an amethyst.

Will it last?

Radishes will last for quite a while in a plastic bag in the fridge. They will last longer if you remove the greens.

No time to cook. How do I use this?

1. Bowl of food. Grated on top.

​2. Grated as a topping for tacos.

3. Thinly sliced onto a piece of buttered bread with salt.
