Scallions
Scallions are non-bulbing green onions that are most often eaten fresh. They are fairly mild when compared to onions.
Will it last?
Scallions will last for a couple of weeks in a plastic bag in the fridge.
No time to cook. How do I use this?
1. Bowl of food. Chop on top.
2. Slice and add to a salad.
3. Slice and scramble in an egg.
